Celebrating the Month of Love

February was fun here at the Turnbow Abode. The Utah weather didn't disappoint; ranging from snowy days spent being cozy, to being warm enough to play outside a little bit. We celebrated Valentine's Day, Eric's birthday, and a good friend's wedding. The twins are continuing to grow and amaze, as all babies do. My heart aches a bit when I think of Scotland's 'babydom', however, that little hole gets filled every time she learns something new or says something absolutely adorable (my favorite being, "I love you, Mommy", which is always followed by a hug). Here are a few highlights from our Month of Love:

Scotland LOVES to dance. We have dance parties mostly every day. It's the BEST. I can't wait to get her into a little class.
Frosting Daddy's Birthday cake. Daddy's birthday was the high light of her life, I think. Plus, the frosting to cake ratio was on point.
 Little Elliott loves his gear.
And Big Sissy loves to take it away... the 'Terrible Twos' are in FULL FORCE!
 Becoming an artist!
Singing "Happy Birthday". She wants it to be Daddy's birthday every day.
 Elliott and his blue buddy.
My snuggle bunny, Eddie. He adores his sissy.
TEA PARTY! I wash this little dress every day because it MUST be worn at all times.
Eddie fits right in. I think he's into Anna...
 Playin' outside.
Most nights we all crawl into our bed for 'stories'. It is one of my favorite treasures.
 Happy Elly!
 My babies... {ALL THE HEART EYES}
 Brotherly love starting early.
We celebrated our dear friend in the mountains. It was too much fun! Congrats to beautiful, Sara! (pictured: me and my Brit, Britt!
I adore this best friend of mine.
 Eddie looking so big!
At the babies' six month check up. So much easier with two people- thanks, Mom! Our angel Dr. thought they looked great :) :) it's a little scary when the nurses walk in with 8 shots in her hands!! But, happy to keep them healthy.
A little PT for Elliott. He has Torticollis in his neck. Poor little baby. He worked very hard for Ms. Mary!
Painting Mommy's toe nails- a fave activity
My schnoozers. Man these boys love their sleep! (I only let Elly have his blankie to sleep when I'm right there to watch)
 Making her bro laugh
 SIX MONTHS!!!!!! Stats:
Eddie (Right):
15 lbs 8 oz
27 1/2 inches tall.
Oh, my sweet, sweet cuddly Eddie. My heart just explodes when I pick you up after crying because I know that's exactly what you want. No consoling, no eating, just your momma. I die! He will only sleep on his belly with his little bum in the air. It's amazing. He loves to giggle and eat his brother's fingers. Of the two boys, he sleeps more during the day. When he's awake, he's at 100%, but then likes to get his rest. I love my happy little man!

Elliott:
15 lbs 8 oz (they've always been the same weight- so weird)
27 inches tall
My magical unicorn man! I cannot believe he exists. He is pure joy. We call him 'Chill', because that's exactly what he does. He is the most mellow baby, but also loves to laugh and watch what happens around him. He also loves to be by his brother and sissy. As sad as his little neck is, I love that we get to spend some one on one time together since he's so undemanding in nature. I have a feeling this one is going to break a few hearts.
 Elliott's funny pouty face

 Love ya, bro.
 My "helper".
BEST month yet. We are looking forward to Spring and getting out a little more. People are amazed we've been home bound this whole time, but honestly, who wants to take two infants and a two-year-old to the store? Not this mom. With that being said, I'm very much looking forward to some more kid-friendly activities we can do as a family. We give continued thanks to those who keep our little world going around. LIFE IS GOOD!
